Service

Handwork Karigar is a B2B job-work service. Boutique owners supply their blouse pieces and designs; our workshop performs the agreed handwork. The website and app do not sell blouses or other goods.

Accounts

Provide accurate boutique and contact information and keep your password confidential. Boutique self-registration creates a boutique account only. Staff, admin, and karigar accounts are created by authorised workshop management.

Orders and approval

An uploaded requirement is a request for work, not automatic acceptance. Price, scope, materials, feasibility, and delivery date are confirmed separately before work starts. The boutique is responsible for supplying accurate instructions and physically sending the correct blouse pieces.

Photos and changes

You may upload design references and request changes while an order is at an eligible stage. Workshop progress photos are for order coordination and may show unfinished work. Approved changes may affect price or timing after we notify you.

Collection and delivery

You may visit the Nagarbhavi workshop, arrange your own Porter, or request courier/Porter coordination. Third-party logistics providers operate under their own terms. Risk and fees are confirmed for each order.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, another party’s confidential design without permission, malware, abusive messages, or misleading information. Do not attempt to access another boutique’s orders or interfere with the service.

Account deletion

You may delete your account in the app or at the account deletion page. Active orders must first be completed or resolved. Completed business records may be retained only in anonymised or legally required form.
